Project Management
At ClearRiver Environmental, we understand every project needs a high level of communication between managers and clients. The management team meets regularly to discuss project specifications, manpower and equipment requirements.
There are many projects that will require a project manager to be at the job site. They will ensure the quality and control and overall management of the work being performed. In emergency response operations, a project manager is always at the site. In many situations, a project manager will be dispatched to job sites depending on the magnitude and complexity of the project or for assessment purposes and meetings with clients.
Project managers are trained in the use of monitoring equipment; such as PID meters and 4 gas monitors, colorimetric tubes, sample collection, analytical methods, site characterization, cleanup requirements and attention to details of the project.
Additionally, Project managers maintain expertise in appropriate environmental regulations and standards mandated along with transportation regulations under the jurisdiction of environmental agencies, DOT and Health & Safety under OSHA.
